I just purchased a brand new Spectre x360 13-AC023DX. I have 2 external monitors. Each of the monitors are connected to the Spectre via the 2 USB-C connections, with a USB-C-to-HDMI connections. I keep the laptop lid CLOSED at all times. The two external montors display fine, no issue there.
Here are the two issues:
1. I can not wake the computer from sleep without opening the lid. Clicking on my mouse or keyboard does nothing to wake it. I have to open the laptop lid (almost all the way) then it will wake and the 2 external monitors will react. I can't even wake it by pressing the power button on the laptop.
2. When I reboot the laptop (again, keeping the lid closed the whole time), it starts up showing 3 displays attached to it. The 3rd one represents the laptop screen itself. The 3rd screen should not show up in display settings when the laptop is closed. The only way to get the 3rd screen to disappear is to, again, open the laptop, then re-close it. Once you do that, WIndows display settings will properly show only the 2 external monitors.
I've upgraded the video drivers to the latest.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!
