Product: HP envy 4500
Operating System: iOS

I have just received a new BT Hub (Model 6) and have connected my Apple IPad successfully but cannot connect my HP Envy 4500 printer. I have entered the new password and have tried switching both hub and printer on/off. Printer will not connect.

The TV and top box work fine.
