Started getting bsod: last 2 screens: Driver_IRQL_not_less_or_equal and special_pool_detected memory corruption.
Did factory reset, stopped in the middle of procedure and blue screen cameup
tried Hp recovery manager, made it thru reformatting the windows partition on hard drive
copied files and stopped at about 34% of reinstalling original software.
The diagnostics sent me here
it has: version 1.6.0.0-bios
memory test
hard drive check
Need help in taking the next step
I can access start up menu by power and then esc button and can use the F1-F12
I was in process of learning to zip mini dump files to show on the community HP board. Now laptop will not load, except preparing automatic repair, and get thru awhile til blue screen shuts it down
i have NO files to worry about and would just like a fresh start. The laptop had lots of memory as it was not used, til 2017 even though it was new in 2015
