Product: HP ENVY 5640
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi all,
I presume it is a common issue in these days but after the recent update to Windows 10 Creators my ENVY 5640 is not working anymore. The printer was perfectly working so far with Windows 10 on my DELL Inspiron 13-5368 and even re-installation of the printer is failing now.
In the rare occassions when I am able to make the printer apper in the device list the status the status is always "Driver is unavailable".
Both HP and Windows drivers apparently are not working after the update.
Really disappointed by the results of this unwanted update...
