HP Recommended
Product: laserjet pro MFP m225
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

I can't update the printer's firmware. LaserJet Update fails, saying:

 

"The printer is unable to connect to the service. Check the Internet connection."

 

But the internet connection is working perfectly, and ePrint is set up. I couldn't do that without a working Internet connection.

 

Stumped. Help? Surely there is more recent firmware than 2014.

 

I am on a Mac, if that matters.
