Hello HP customer support,
Hope you are doing good.
I am facing an issue in my HP Laptop (PAVILION X360 u105tu).
The problem is with keyboard, touchpad and screen auto rotation.
One of these will not work when I start my Windows 10 (pre-installed).
I also tried booting with Ubuntu - still the issue exists.
I also tried testing hardware components in HP PC diogonostics mode(F2).
but all tests were success.
But all these are working fine when I browse through BIOS and PC diagonostics.
I went to an authorized service center (Valanjambalam- Cochin- 682016- Kerala,India)
but they couldn't rectify.
This is the laptop i bought for my work.
So my work is blocked due to this.
Could you please take necessary action immediately.
.
Note:
Warranty will only expire on November 14, 2017.
