HP Recommended
Product: hp color laser jet 452dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

All print jobs (color or gray-scale) have 4 black ~1/4" wide stripes across each page spaced at about 2-1/4" intervals; appear to be from one of the rollers.

All cartridges have adequate ink (obviously).

Paper preference set to Light 60-74g.

I have re-booted, reset defaults, used a roller cleaner sheet=no change.

 

This printer is currently totally useless .

Ready for the dump?

Please advise on the fix.
