Product: HP Photosmart 7520 Printer

I followed an on-screen command to go to the Control Panel and uninstalled my printer. It gave me http:??www.hp.com/support to go to and press Run or Open.   Run or Open never showed

 

How do I reinstall my printer  It is windows 10
