Product: HP Pagewide Pro MFP 477dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For about three weeks now, we have been having issues with our printer going offline or at least our computers or phones state it is offline when it is not.  Whenever our computers are revived after sleeping, we are having to turn off/turn on the printer for it to register with our computer.  

 

This issue is also occurring with our phones.  I am unable to print documents from my phone; printer will not connect.  Which is weird because documents are printing from my computer.  Can someone please help because this problem is slowing down productivity.
