Hello! Recently I bought the HP OfficeJet 3830 printer and it was installed successfully and it worked great.
But After reinstalling Windows 10 64-bit on my computer today, I can't install the printer's software and make it work and print on my computer.
The installation doesn't recognize the USB connection, I tried to install the driver through the "Device manager" but I got this message::"The printer driver is not compatible with a policy enabled on your computer that blocks NT 4.0 drivers."
Sometimes it appeared that the installation software recognize the USB connection, but when it tried
to connect it failed.
Also, the Ethernet connection failed, even though the wireless connection in the printer was enabled.
I tried to delete all HP's installations even the HP's folder in the C: driver but it didn't help.
(The computer itself [the printer appears in the "Devices and printers"] recognize the printer. but it saying that there is no driver installed.)
The Dr.HP utility didn't help too.
(In Microsift word I can only see the fax option)
Can you please help me?
