Hello. I am trying to upgrade the ram on this laptop from 8gb to 16gb. I saw that it supports 'DDR4 2400 MHz system memory'. When I contacted Crucial they told me that they don't have a compatible upgrade for it. I want to know where I could find somewhere that sells compatible ram for this laptop. Also, how do I find out how many spare slots of ram I have left. I don't want to buy 8gb of ram and find out that I already have 2x4gb meaning I'll have to buy another 8gb. Thanks.
