Product: HP Mini 110-3700 PC series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have an HP Mini 110-3700 PC series with a system: 32-bit operating system, x64-based processor.  It is running on Windows 10.  Is it possible to change the OS to 64-bit to improve its performance?  I came accross a website, windowcentral that says it can, for as long as there are available HP drivers that support it.  I really need your expert advise.  Ever since I upgraded to windows 10, my notebook has not been performing well.  It is taking forever to start the windows including my default browser and other apps. Your help will be highly appreciated.
