Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I am having a problem with my printer. My printer has a wi-fi connection but when I am trying to scan to email when pushing the button on the printer a server connection error on the. screen. it says unable to connect to the web services. Confirm Internet access and try again or enter proxy address. I have restarted the computer, router and printer still having the same problem. Can someone please help me out with this. Thank you in advance!
