Product: HP Photosmart 7520 Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I am having a problem with my printer. My printer has a wi-fi connection but when I am trying to scan to email when pushing the button on the printer a server connection error on the. screen. it says unable to connect to the web services. Confirm Internet access and try again or enter proxy address. I have restarted the computer, router and printer still having the same problem. Can someone please help me out with this. Thank you in advance!

Thank you my server connection error has been resolved.  Everything is working. Also I will like to let everyone know that I searched on ;ine for HP tec support phone number, the phone  I called was a fraud claiming to be HP tec support and he wanted to charge $100.00 for support. Then he was very rude and said you going to pay or what then about 2 seconds he hung up the phone. I am just alerting you not to call the scammer claiming to be a HP Tec Support.  I finaly got the correct HP Cloud Service Tec Support to help me no charge.
