I have been using my printer for several years with Windows xp and now with 10. I recently upgraded my modem/router with timewarner/spectrum. Now the printer finds the new router but always says the wpa passphrase is incorrect. I logged onto the router and set the security to wpa/wpa2-psk. Didn't help. All my other devices connect fine, my laptop, ipad, and cell phone. I did suceed in connecting the printer to the network by setting security to 'open'. When it reset the security to wpa/wpa2, it still does not like the password. Luckily I have a workaround by using the hotspot on my cell phone. Both my laptop and the printer will connect to that wireless hotspot, so I can print documents, but it is not the most convienent. The security on the hotspot is wpa2-psk, which makes me more confused. I've tried every every hint I could find on the forums, not no luck. I even talked to the Spectrum help line. They tried changing various settings and rebooting, but no luck.
