Product: HP Pavilion 15-au006tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I was trying to reset my PC through HP recovery DISKs, after the mother board got replaced from HP. But the recovery got failed, the stack strace is shown below.
[ 0:05:11:05] CTO Panic condition has been detected...
The process couldn't find the Edition request flag file and this is not TEST image...
The possibilities are followings:
1. Couldn't find the Edition's FB [Vos.].
2. There might be the unexpected interruption during the process...
Component: Windows 10 preinstall Diagnostics Tools - TDC
Timing: FactoryUpdate
Error: Incorrect brand name
Next Step: Please Check Notebook Model or feature byteAfter this I've do not have windows in my PC and I can't install the windows, I get the same error everytime I try to recover.
So I went to the BIOS and saw Feature Byte and Build ID are missing.
Is there any way to add those feature byte and Build ID? Or any other solution to this problem.
I've attached a photo of my BIOS screen.BIOS
P.S. : I've both feature bytes and Build with me.
