Hello!
So I bought this laptop (HP ENVY Notebook - 15t-q400 CTO (ENERGY STAR)) over a year ago and it has been working perfectly for me in the time that I had used it for schoolwork and gaming. However, I noticed a problem that has been getting progressively worse lately. When I first used this laptop a year ago, it was able to handle gaming for long periods of time and did not overheat so much. Recently, the laptop often overheats faster and much hotter when gaming, eventually leading to it automatically shutdown when it gets too hot. The fan also runs more harder as I game. This problem is worse when playing more graphically intense games. I want to fix my laptop so that it doesnt overheat so much and shutdown, and make it run as well as when I first got it. What I should do to fix this problem?
