Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi, my hp pavilion x360 won't turn off. It froze and now nothing happens. The mouse won't move and the power button won't work. I have tried a hard reset but that doesn't work either. The only way it will turn off is to wait in till the power rubs out.
