Product: Hp Pavilion x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My best friend has an hp pavilion x360 (or so I believe for she does not know what the actual laptop is called) And today she told me it would not turn on. She’s had it for more than two years I know for sure. She was just playing the sims and it turned off. It now has a black screen you can here the fan running and can tell it’s trying to run and the power button light is on and the white battery charging light is on. We tried a hard reset but I was using information from a different hp laptop and so it didn’t work. Please help
