I'm not able to connect my notebook to a wireless speaker (bose mini sounlink). The speaker can connect to my phone and an a mac book pro but can not with this notebook. I tried turning it off and on (in bluetooh settings) with no avail. When I right click the bluetooh icon on the task bar it shows the 'Allow a device to connect' option grayed out. I also tried updating the driver but it shows that I have the latest one so update is not required. I also tried uninstalling the driver but when the computer is restarted the driver is reinstailled automatically ( .. I guess because I still see the driver in place).
I checked the forum but i cant find a solution for my problem. The computer is a hp envy 13 convertible. Any help would be appreciated,
