Product: HP ENVY Laptop 17-ae1xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been attempting to do a colour correction to my laptop's Realtek webcam because everything is purple. I cannot locate any software or setting in Win 10 to turn off low light or even adjust the settings.I have updated all of the drivers but I have NOT disabled the IR camera.

 

Tech support chat just told me I will have to pay HP to provide this answer through their premium service which... well, you can imagine my reaction when I read that considering I'm asking for a solution to a product I've purchased and there is an issue right out of the box.

 

Optimally, I'd like to be able to colour correct the video or at the very least, be able to get a hold of the webcam's settings.
