Product: HP Pavilion model 15-au123cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My battery, which is less then a year old is not charging to 100%.  I have read the forums and have unistalled the microsoft acpi.. shut it off etc but stil the problem persists.   One forum says to remove the battery, but i've come to learn you can't take it out? how do you replace it?
