HP Envy x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I just purchased the HP Envy x360 15in.  on Nov. 24th and began setting it up on Nov. 26.  Among many issues, I would simply like to address one for now.

COLORS.

The colors are completely off on every website.

My last 2 computers have been HP's. The last one was an HP Envy, 17in.

I had no problem with the colors showing correctly.

Here are 2 examples:

EXAMPLE #1:
Amazon.com currently has a large banner across its homepage which is showing DARK GREEN on this computer. On my older computer it is showing correctly, TEAL BLUE.

EXAMPLE #2:
I am the author of a book that is for sale on Amazon.com. You can find it by searching for my name, Jennifer Eckman. The title of the book is "A Genealogy Group Takes Four Tours Throughout Lauderdale County, Mississippi."

The large middle rectangle of the book is TEAL BLUE, but on this computer is showing up GREEN.

This book is advertised on the cover photo of facebook groups where the problem also occurs.

How do I know which computer is showing the right color, you might ask?

Because I created the color of the book in Photoshop, myself.

Upon publishing the book, I received a hard copy.

Just like my old computer, the book, in reality, is BLUE, NOT GREEN.

This poses a huge problem, not just for ME, but for all companies who spend major amounts of money on quality of design, including color, for their websites, all for the user to see something that looks horribly wrong.

How can I even create what I need to create in Photoshop.... let's say an image for the cover of a book, and then have the book come back looking different in real life?

This is unacceptable, and I really hope there is a fix.

Jennifer Eckman
