I am trying to connect my wireless ENVY 5020 All-In-One printer to my Windows 10 laptop. I have already tried going to 123.hp.com and downloading the software there to add the printer. I have gone through this process but the printer still doesn't owrk. It says 'Offline' even when it is working for other laptops in the house.
I then tried the Printers & Scanners setting in Windows 10. It then asks me for the WPS Pin from the printer (see picture), I can not find any mention of a WPS Pin for the printer anywhere in the manual or online!
Someone please help me solve this. I brought a wireless printer so I could print from my laptop without having to go to the office to plug it in. Now I can't print at all.
What am I doing wrong
