Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

when i shutdown my lappy screen go off but power led alwys on i have force it to shutdown i tried every method 

i checked all drivers 

scanned system 

please help 

and provide some driver for intel management engine interface driver hp pavilion 15 p073tx windows 10

please help me with those
