Product: HP Envy 5540
I have been using my printer at home for the past year and I have had the same dual band router the entire time, but in the past few months, I have had to call HP support 3-5 times about my computer showing that my printer is offline. I have my computer connected to the same band width as my printer, but it still says offline. It is very frustrating that it was working fine, but lately it is constantly messing up. I have never had so many issues out of one product.
