Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

This has been a huge problem for me and I do not know what to do. So here is what is happening.

I plug in my computer then I hit the Power Button (which is supposed to light up after wards) Then I look and all the fans are nomal and spinning but there isint any beeping what so ever (I dont know If its supposed too) and thing sound normal but there is no display on my monitor at all I made sure the VGA cable was plugged in right and tight. But still no signal and the led light next to the ram is on and I know the computer is getting power so please if any of you know whats wrong please tell me!
