Product: Laserjet M252dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Does anyone know why printers keep going offline?  I have had the chat tech support on my HP laptop over and over again to fix this problem and it keeps reoccuring!!! over and over again!

This has to be the number one most offensive, frustrating computer problem EVER..............

AND 

the solution is so long winded. and you have to do the same thing EVERY time! uninstall, download new drivers, reinstall. 

And you just did the same thing last week or last month....isn't this ongoing problem a bit much?
