Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I tried all the advice in the forum under an article marked as Solved.  However it did not work for me.    I have updated all the drivers, printer firmware etc.  It feels like an update has broken the printer driver on windows.  Iphone printing still works.  I know printer connecred to lan and internet.  scanning to pc still works.
