HP Recommended
HP Spectre 13-w000 x360 Convertible PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The bottom panel on my HP Spectre has come loose. The notebook has generally only been moved inside the leather sleeve it came with, and has not been handled roughly at any point. Even so one of the screws holding the bottom panel has fallen out. The other screws are still tight, but the missing screw has left a small gap at the back of the laptop, and I can't push it completely closed with my fingers.

I suspect there's some sort of locking mechanism on the back of the bottom panel that's slipped out of its socket, preventing me from closing it without replacing the entire bottom panel, but I'm afraid of touching it any more for fear of voiding the warranty, since the device is only 6 months old.
