Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi I want to upgrade my ram from 16gb to 24 or 32 gb but was told that this laptop can only support 16gb ram. Has anyone insert a single piece 16gb ram to the slot and still work?

 

I bought this to edit 4k video so its a bummer when i realised this limitation
