Every time I try and print from the HP app on my iPad the print button is faded as if it can’t find the printer. I have to delete the app and re-install it to be able to print.

 

HP used to answer Facebook messages very quickly but now they just get ignored.

 

I’m fed up with paying for instant ink each month when this app just won’t work for me, and no technical support. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
