Hi, new to the community after buying my first HP earlier. I hope I can get some help from you guys!
I have 2x Benq GL2450 monitors. They have HDMI, VGA & DVI ports on the back.
The HP computer comes with a Radeon R7 450 graphics card and it has a DVI port, HDMI and DisplayPort. No VGA. I'm using 2 x HDMI cables to connect the monitors to the computer, however, one of the HDMI's are connected to the computer via an VDI-adapter.
The issue is that only one screen turns on/responds when computer is turned on (HDMI). The other one (HDMI with VGA adapter) is simply dark. Still, when I look at Display Settings, the computer recognises that there are two screens.
What exactly do I need to make sure that the multiple monitor setup works?
