My wirless internet connection wasn't working out of a sudden. I managed to find the device ID as follows.

 

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_095A&SUBSYS_50108086&REV_61\4&2B707567&0&00E5

 

Appreciate if someone could send me the driver for this! Thanks!
