Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have joined this forum in hopes you all can help me with this very annoying issue I have been dealing with for the past few months.

I have the Red & Black Special Beats Edition HP 15 Notebook. For the past few months it will unexpectedly shut down and restart itself. I will be on it and the screen will go black and power off. It will then immediately turn itself back on and load as normal. No error messages. It also doesn't seem to be an overheating issue as it has on occasion happened within less than a minute or so of turning it on/waking it. And I can also game on it for hours without issue for the most part which I would assume if it was an overheating issue would not be the case. Just in case I had tried using a cooling pad which did nothing and have also had the fan replaced. Same thing happens.  I am concerned it is caused by some sort of conflict from a Windows Update as I believe I read there have been some issues between them and the AMD  processors/graphics.

I have no idea what action to take next. I really don't want to have to get a whole new computer. Any suggestions would be great. Should I perform a factory reset? An upgrade rollback? New power supply? Throw the whole darn thing out the window?

I have tried looking for an error file or log file, but I don't know much about them. The only thing it shows is the Kernel 41 error which just means the machine shut down unexpectedly. Nothing that seems to explain what it was that had gone on right before the critical error.

Please help!

EDIT: Oh, and I forgot to say I have run all of the hardware diagnostics and everything passes. The other interesting note is that when it does it powers back on after the sudden shut down it always turns the keyboard backlight off. Significant?

I have also already made sure that under the Windows  Updates that it is not set to do automatic restarts/shut downs.
