Product: HP Beats Special Edition 15-p030nr Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

  My backlit keyboard does not light up. I have an HP Beats Special Edition 15-p030nr Notebook with Win 10 installed on it. I have done a hard reset by removing the battery and draining the power when I restart it, the problem persists.

 

 

Are there any solutions? I am not too techy, mind you. Are there drivers or software ii need to run or what, please? Thank you.
