Product: HP Spectre X360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The Bluetooth radio has completely disappeared from my HP Spectre X360 Model: 13-w023dx. It no longer appears in device manager. I've run all the relevent Windows and HP troubleshooters I could find, downloaded and reinstalled the Bluetooth driver and upgraded to the latest BIOS all to no avail.
