The printer thinks it's connected. It even has a network IP address (192.168.1.74).
When I went to 123hp.com, and downloaded HPEasyStart_7_0_3546_36.exe. When I ran the program, it immediately saw the printer on the network at the above address and allowed me to download the drivers. When I downloaded the drivers and ran them, and got to the "Connection Type" screen, the application failed to find my printer on the network -- whether I let it search or typed in the IP address, the host name, or the Wireless HW address I got when I printed out the configuration report from the printer.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
