Product: HP OMEN 15'
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having an issue of not being able to claim warranty because of having 1 dead pixel on my screen. As told by HP Customer Service Personel, I need at least 3 to  4 dead pixel then only can be proceed to claim. I am not very happy about this, I pay my money and get their product. Currently is their product in defect state and didn't advise on anything.
