Installed on Windows 10 64 bit, which has some 64 bit programs installed. The scanner works from the 32-bit programs and the driver itself, but from any 64 bit program it isn't found.
C:\Windows\Twain_32 exists (hence indicating the existance of the 32 bit driver), but the C:\Windows\Twain_64 does not exist, indicating the scanner is not equipped with a 64 bit scanner driver.
I just downloaded the last version of the software (version 40.11), but even after installing that the 64 version of the TWAIN driver remains absent.
So now if I want to scan something I have to scan it from the HP software, before loading it into my 64 bit program to edit, wheras with a 32 bit application I can do this directly.
Does anyone know if the 64 bits driver exists, and if not if it ever will be created?
