Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Our plotter can't seem to communicate on the network. It can't be pinged, the network status shows an ip address but that cannot be pinged either. I need to perform some diagnostics and would like to do a reset to factory but the administrative user and password has been set up and locks me out of those functions. No one knows the administrative user name or password. How can I do a reset on the administrative account so I can run tests and reset to factory
