Product: HP Envy
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My laptop keeps going to sleep if I leave it alone for more than a minute or so. Plugged in or not plugged in doesn't make a difference. I have double checked every sleep/screen saver option and each one is set to never go to sleep or turn off the screen whether my laptop is charging or not. Sometimes it will close all of my programs when it does this and sometimes it will not. I've tried restarting, checking all the drivers, and closing then opening my laptop and nothing fixes the issue. I had this issue about a month ago as well and it evenutally just went away on its own after a few days, but I want to know how to fix it for good!
