Product: Pavilion 15 - p157na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
My laptop was going through an update when it shut down at 28%, I turned the laptop back on and the HP logo displayed on the screen then a message that read “Attempting to recover installation” immediately followed by “restoring your previous version of windows” then the laptop restarts itself and displays the same screens again and again.
what can I do? Is it now broken??
