I am trying to completely remove all HP software in order to do a clean reinstall. I have already done all of the following:
1) I removed all of the HP software that I could see when going to Control Panel and going to the list of installed programs
2) I made sure that no HP printers are listed after going to the Devices and Printers menu under Control Panel
3) I ran printui.exe /s and made sure that no HP printer drives are present
4) I removed the HP folder after opening c:/programdata
5) I removed the HP folder under C:/program files
6) I restarted my computer
However, when I go to msconfig, and click on the services tab, I can still see HP Network Devices Support.
Any suggestions on how to remove this service?
As I mention above, I want to do a clean reinstall of the HP driver and other software, since all of a sudden, I stopped being able to scan from my all-in-one (HP OfficeJet Pro 6978), which happens often but which I can usually fix by uinstalling all the HP software and reinstalling.
