Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

 

My notebook suddenly topped charging and now shows "1% ,not charging", the charging status light is blinking white.  The notebook works with the AC adapaptor plugged in but shutsdown when the adaptor is disconnected. I have carried out un-install of the  APCI driver and a total power down, with no success. Have tried all the exisitng fault finding solutions I can find here with no success to date, including updating the BIOS. For clarity I have included I have included my PC details.

 

When I carry out the hardware test I get the following result for the batttery test, which automatically cancels itself. :
