Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't get my webcam to show up. I have a HP S340c monitor with a built-in webcam. I'm running Windows 10 build 1803.  I noticed the driver is certifed for an earlier version.  Should this webcam work with 1803?  If so, how do i get it working.  I see nothing in device manager, even after installing the driver.
