Mon ordinateur est très lent et souvent ne répond pas aux commandes .

J'ai suivi les conseils de HP Support Assistant  en faisant un Test approfondi au système.

Voilà le résultat : 

- Batterie : Principal OK (o)

- Vérification processeur : succès

- Vérifiation module sans fil : succès

- Vérification Smart du disque dur : succès

- Vérification DST court du disque dur : ECHEC

   - ID de l'échec : QC5B1S-8H9941-XD7X7A-60QBO3 

   - ID produit : 1BW90EA#ABF

   Disque dur 1 : .primary HDD Bay*

   version actuelle : 6.5.0.0

 

EST-CE QUE QUELQU'UN PEUT ME DIRE CE QUE CELA VEUT DIRE ?

COMMENT JE PEUX RECTIFIER CET "ECHEC"

HP support assistant ne m'a pas aidée.
