Hello,


I have a ultrabook HP Spectre XT 15-4013cl and the Web Cam is not working.

 

I don't have any software installed about th Web Cam.

 

I've tried to find divres and softwares, but I couldn't, I didn't find for my model.

 

When I test it in Skype for example the light of hardware turns on but the image does not appeard (print below).WEB Cam.png

Please, someone can help me ?
