Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi
After the latest Windows 10 update, I have been unable to print from my computer (iPad and phone work no problem with 8620). Initially the error said missing device drivers but, after many attempts, I uninstalled the printers and that message is no longer showing. Now, when I try to print a test page, I get error 0x00000bbb. I did disconnect the printers and trun off the print spooler, shutdown the computer and restart everything but, no luck.
Any ideas to solve this? (and ideas to avoid these probelms in teh future - it seems that every Windows update leads to printing problems...)
Many thanks!
