Hello!
I´ve been trying to install my printer in my computer, but on the stage of the intaller that asks to connect to the USB it takes much longer than it should, than after ages (30 -50 min), when it's on 99%, it crashes dislpaying this massage:Crashed after 99%
After ages (30 - 50 min)
The printer actually worked and intalled correctly on the first time I intalled it. But after sometime it was always offline. Now, after at least 2 total reintalation of windows it just don't work. Only the scanner works.
I am using a USB cable without filtering, less than 3 meter long.
I've tried cleaning the registry with CCleaner, deleting all I can on "%temp%" and "temp", intalling the driver in compatibility mode, and trying with only one stick of RAM. I've tried multiple usb ports, all in failure.
I have some intalation logs.txt that I saw on the temp drives, but i am unable to post them here.
I am completely updated to the newest version of Windows (I went to the official microsoft page and intalled the updater)
The printer worked on a windows 7 notebook that I borrowed. The scanner works fine and the copying too. But it seens that the computer just doesn't recognize the printer.
When I tried with a 3 meters long USB cable appears a "USB not recognized" massage.
I am lost know and I really need help.
Thank you.
